MANTIC are the subject of a Radio One session on the Rory McConnell show ahead of their July album release
It's been a massively busy year for the band who have saw vocalists come and go before Victoria took charge at the helm.

With their debut album (Mahogany Gaspipe) due to launch at Glasgowbury (clever little marketing ploy there guys) bigger and better things are imminent.

That's certainly the case being forwarded by the media of the north who know a good thing when it slaps them in the face.

First single DaDa has been doing the rounds nicely and if it's anything to go by, then the rest of the album will be a triumph. In fact I heard a private recording of the epic SORROS - another album track - a few months back and was blown away by the amount of talent just one song, as long as it is, can hold.

Rory McConnell's Radio One show, broadcast early Thursday morning and yours to listen to online now, featured: The Erotic Abseil, Cacophony and Mr E - Leave it to Mantic to think of the most innovative and interesting song names!

To say we're excited would be an understatement. To say we'll be at the front when they take to the Glasgowbury stage - well, that's just a give in really.
