In Case of Fire headline Saturday's line-up at the Cellar Bar.

In Case of Fire headline Saturday's line-up at the Cellar Bar.

NEXT weekend will see a musical extravaganza on stage at the Cellar Bar in Draperstown in a special weekend festival.

On Friday 17 and Saturday 18 February, Dead Wing Promotions will be presenting an impressive line-up of 21 confirmed acts, across two stages right in the home of Glasgowbury’s G-sessions.

This will include Kerrang winners In Case of Fire, whose headliner slot on Saturday will be their first performance in Draperstown for two years.

Paul Casey, who has toured and shared bills with the likes of Chris Rea, Van Morrison, the John Butler Trio and Damien Rice, bookends the acoustic proceedings with support during the rest of the day from Junior Johnson’s Americana-infused folk, young punk outfit Gascan Ruckus, Furlo (behind 2011’s official song for the North-West Championships), and Cedric Has A Name among others.

Belfast’s own brass-led punk/ska nine-piece, Pocket Billiards, who never fail to engage with an audience close Friday night’s bill, which also includes emerging local songstress Allie Bradley, the funk-infused groove of the Dead Presidents as well as self-professed ‘acid-prog’ quartet The Institute from the Sperrins.

Don’t miss this opportunity to catch so many great acts in one weekend. Door tax is £5 on Friday and doors open at 8pm, £8 on Saturday doors open at 4pm or you can pay £10 for a weekend ticket. For the full line-up and more information goto www.cellarbar.info.
