FOLLOWING an altercation in the Union Street area of Cookstown on Saturday 19 July shortly before 1am, a 24 year old man was arrested and charged with disorderly behaviour, assaulting police and resisting arrest.
The man is due to appear at East Tyrone Magistrates Court on August 15th.
