Barbecue and disco raises £1,000 for Katie

THE organisers of the disco and barbecue for the KeepBabyKatieAwake appeal – Robert, Jean, DJ John, Yvonne and Joanne would like to thank all those who attended the event in the Rainey Old Boys' Club last Friday night.
A total of £1,000 was raised.

A special word of thanks must go out to a lot of people for making the night possible. To the Rugby Club for the use of the club premises, DJ John, Jim Linton, and catering staff who cooked the barbecue, McAtamney Butchers for the meat, Alistair’s Home Bakery for the bread, also Mace Superfresh for the vegetables and Corey Print for the tickets.

To all the people who donated prizes – K.T. Electrics, Portglenone, Maxines Hair Salon, Portglenone, Maura’s Shop, Bannside Pharmacy, Fullan’s Tyres, Motors and Spares, Wild Duck Inn, D.S. Logans, Bushtown Hotel, McCann Supermarket, Elite Sports Portglenone, Moneymore Potatoes, £1 Shop, Aughnacloy, Beautiful U, Pizza Shop, Moneymore, Lagan Shead’s, Billy Todd, B/S Supplies, D.
