Man slashed wrists

POLICE in Cookstown were called to assist an ambulance crew after a man slashed his wrists with a knife.
At around 5:45am on Sunday (June 28) police arrived at Maghadone Road, Moneymore, to find the man sitting in a car with the knife in his possession. He also had the keys to the car.

The 19-year-old man from Maghadone Road was arrested for being in charge when unfit.
