Police probe van attack
POLICE are appealing for information after a petrol bomb was thrown at a van in Castledawson.
Describing it as "a suspicious incident", the PSNI said it occurred outside a property in Bells Manor.
"Shortly before 1am on Wednesday it is understood a bottle containing flammable liquid and a rag was thrown at a van," said a spokesperson.
"The vehicle sustained no damage. Anyone who saw suspicious activity in the area us asked to contact Magherafelt station on 0845 600 8000 or the 'Crimestoppers' charity on 0800 555 111.
