The Archbishop had recently attended the launch of St Joseph’s College’s £1.2 million Engineering and Technology Suite and had praised the school’s initiative in expanding the potential links with local engineering industries.

As he was so impressed with the creativity shown, he returned to the school to spend some time getting to know the students and staff, visiting a number of classes on his visit.

At the school’s morning assembly he gave some words of inspiration to the students and prayed for the Primary School Gaelic Football Blitz which the Year 13 Occupational students were hosting that day.

St Joseph’s College would like to thank the Archbishop for his continued support of the college.
