Have your say

JOIN Sperrintrekkers and the Mid-Ulster Walking Club for their popular annual autumn Walking Festival.

Taking place on Sunday, September 30 there will be a series of fantastic guided walks organised for you to enjoy.

Sperrintrekkers have teamed up with their colleagues in Cookstown District Council to organise three walks with the proceeds being donated to the Mid-Ulster Stroke Survivors Club.

Walking itself is also one of the simplest ways to get more active and can help you to feel better about yourself as well as help with sleep, energy levels and prevent health conditions such as stroke.
