£2.3 MILLION INVESTMENT TO CREATE 70 JOBS IN COOKSTOWN

A COOKSTOWN manufacturing company is to create 70 jobs in a multi-million investment.

TES NI Ltd, which designs and builds state-of-the-art water and wastewater treatment facilities and complex process control systems is to benefit from an Invest NI financial assistance of £420,000 towards a total investment plan of £2.3 million.

The news was announced by Enterprise Minister Arlene Foster.

Welcoming the news part colleague DUP MLA Ian McCrea said: “I am delighted with the announcement by the DETI Minister that Cookstown company TES has received financial assistance of £420,000 from Invest NI resulting in the announcement of 70 new jobs for the local area and an overall investment of £2.3 million.

“I want to congratulate TES and wish them every success for the future and I have no doubt that their ambitious plans will bear much fruit and the company will grow from strength to strength, which I hope will see many more jobs coming to Mid Ulster.”
