Speaking about the development, Western chief executive Martin McCloskey said:
“We are delighted to present this new development of quality detached and semi-detached villas in what really is a delightful rural setting. The homes will be of particular interest to young couples and families who are looking for stylish, affordable homes in their local area. Whilst the location offers the benefits of a peaceful rural surrounds, it is also within easy commuting distance of Cookstown, Omagh and Pomeroy.
“We recognise that there is a demand for quality homes from local people who want to stay in the local area and already we have received a large number of enquires about these properties. People are also attracted by the opportunity to personalise their homes as we offer an extensive range of finish options including kitchens, tiles, carpet and flooring, meaning that you can really make it your own from the start. We are expecting this development to attract a large amount of interest and would invite interested buyers to come along and see these beautiful homes for themselves,” he concluded.
The houses are built to the highest industry and environmental standards using innovative building techniques with quality craftsmanship and attention to detail throughout. Other Western housing developments include ‘Westclare Court’, Lisaclare Road, Coalisland; ‘North Close’, Stewartstown; ‘Magheracastle’, Brocagh, Coalisland and ‘Gortmerron View’, Dungannon.
Cathaoir Corr from Martin Shortt Estate Agents, who will be managing the open viewings at Gortacladdy, said: “With current planning legislation being so restrictive in rural areas many young people are being forced to relocate to larger towns, as housing in their own community is not available. This development provides local families the opportunity to live within their own community, therefore promoting rural sustainability in the Kildress area which will benefit the whole community.”
