Cookstown’s own, Emmy Award winning tenor, Eamonn McCrystal, is once again in the national spotlight, as he appears as the featured artist on the long running BBC series, “Song of Praise” this Sunday [May 29]

McCrystal, who recorded the programme in February at Killymoon Castle, speaks to presenter Claire McCollum about his faith, life in America after his Emmy wins and his latest role in the movie “God’s Not Dead 2”.

He also performs a track from his album “A Living Prayer”

Eamonn, who is now a permanent resident of the United States, is currently recording a new album (for release this Autumn) with duets planned starring some international super stars. This December he will headline a “coast to coast” tour from Los Angeles to New York with special guest, Chloë Agnew, daughter of “Twink” one of the original cast members of “Celtic Woman”.
