Bikes, jewellery, cameras and laptop stolen in Augher burglary

Police are appealing for information after a number of high value items were stolen from a home in Augher last Friday morning.

A burglary was reported at a residential premises in the Annaghilla Road area.

Chief Inspector Roy Robinson said : "It was reported that between the hours of 9am and 1.30pm on Friday, December 2, entry was gained via the rear door to a residential premises in the Annaghilla Road area of Augher.

"A number of valuable items were stolen including a laptop, an i-pad, two cameras, three bicycles, a variety of jewellery items, a leaf blower and a chainsaw.

"We are appealing to anyone that may have any information regarding this incident or to anyone that may have witnessed any suspicious activity in the area or to anyone that may have been offered similar items for sale in suspicious circumstances to contact police on the non-emergency number 101, quoting reference 652 on 02/12/16.
