Dungannon trial in alleged ABH assault

Dominic McGrath, 26, of no fixed abode in Dungannon, will face trial in the Crown Court on November 3.

He appeared for preliminary enquiry at East Tyrone Magistrates Court on Wednesday.

McGrath stands accused of assault occasioning actual bodily harm to a woman, and possession of an offensive weapon with intent to inflict ABH.

He is also alleged to have made threats to kill the woman as well as breach of a restraining order.

He is further charged with attempted sexual assault.

All the charges relate to allegations from March 28.
