Hammer charges withdrawn

Four charges against Grainne Cullen, 38, from Gorestown Road outside Moy, have been withdrawn.

She had been accused of threatening to kill a man on August 11th and of possession of a hammer with intent to commit grievious bodily harm.

The other charges were of assault on the male and of threats to damage windows and a curtain pelmet belonging to the same man. All were withdrawn by a lawyer from the Public Prosecution Service without prejudice to go by way of report at East Tyrone Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday past.
