Fit 4 Life event
Castledawson
A SPECIAL 'Fit 4 Life' event for ladies is being held at Castledawson Presbyterian church hall.
The event will be held on the following Wednesday nights - February 4 and 11, and March 4 and 11.
Participants will have the choice of going for a walk around the town, or taking part in an aerobics session.
A healthy supper will be served following the exercise.
The Fit 4 Life sessions will begin at 8pm, and are open to ladies of all ages.
