Also appearing at the first Cookstown Comedy Festival is the First Lady of Irish Comedy May McFettridge. Remember to choose your seats carefully! And don’t arrive too late and do not under any circumstance leave your seat during the performance because May will find you.

Then there’s William Caulfield who has his own radio and television show on the BBC who has a brilliant eye and ear for local characters. Jimmy’s old mate Gene Fitzpatrick will be telling stories from his new DVD ‘Turning Back the Years’.

This will be the only time to catch this performance at the Burnavon and it not to be missed! Tickets cost £15 and are available through the Burnavon Box Office on 028 867 69949 or www.burnavon.com.

On Saturday 3rd August Cookstown’s will come alive to street entertainment, open mic joke sessions, Punch and Judy for the kids and Busker Acoustic sessions.
