St Pat’s release fundraising iTunes track

Award-winning Music Producer helps Northern Ireland School hit a first with iTunes dance track upload INTERNATIONALLY-acclaimed DJ and Music Producer, Micky Modelle and the St. Patrick's College "SPC CREW" have produced a first for Northern Ireland - a professionally mixed pop and dance track that's available to download from iTunes as part of a fundraiser for the school's 50th Anniversary celebrations which take place this year. The track was written entirely by nine pupils from the school and was designed to showcase the musical talent at the school and to be a creative way for the students to express through music why they feel St. Patrick's College is so special. The Year 10, 12, 13 and 14 students also performed on the track, with vocals by Aine Brolly, Hannah Ferguson and sisters, Roisin and Leona Duggan, and rapping by Claire Graham, Gemma Bradley, Paul Gunning, Ruairi McFalone and Shane Mullan. A SOUTH Derry school has launched a dance/pop track called ‘Come On In’ and in doing so, has become the first-ever NI school to have a dance track available to download on iTunes.

Internationally-acclaimed DJ and Music Producer, Micky Modelle and the St Patrick’s College, Maghera, “SPC CREW” have produced the professionally mixed track that’s available to download from iTunes from January 23 - as part of a fundraiser for the school’s 50th Anniversary celebrations which take place this year.

The track was written entirely by nine pupils from the school and was designed to showcase the musical talent at the school and to be a creative way for the students to express through music why they feel St Patrick’s College is so special.
