Rainey Endowed pupils in Magherafelt have excelled at ‘A’ level examinations.
The students were at the school gates bright and early this morning to pick up their result envelopes.
Delighted principal Mark McCullough said 45 per cent of Rainey’s entries were at A*/A grades and 95 per cent of all entries were at A*-C and highlighted the superb pastoral care and learning at the school.
“All our staff and governors offer our congratulations and wish our students continued future success,” said Mr McCullough.
“I want to thank the parents, staff and pupils for all their hard work and support of ‘The Rainey’.
Four pupils achieved four grade A*/A passes: Michael Fulton, Ruth Kempton, Sarah Louise O’Hagan and Amy Thompson.
