Alleged no insurance

A POMEROY teenager has appeared in court charged with four driving infractions.

Denis Mullin, 18, from Murnells Road, stands accused of driving without insurance, taking a vehicle without authority, having no learner plates, and driving as an unaccompanied learner driver.

All the charges relate to an incident on Molesworth Street in Cookstown on January 5.

An officer from the PSNI told the court that he believed that he could connect the defendant to the charges.

District Judge John Meehan adjourned the case until March 15.
