Book charting Clonoe Chapel’s history launched

A BOOK which was compiled to mark the 25th anniversary of St Patrick’s Church in Clonoe, has been launched.

Local man, Brian Quinn, was involved in putting together the book which features photographs from the last quarter of a century.

Memorable events in the history of the parish have been captured in the book, which will no doubt make the ideal Christmas present for anyone interested in the area.

Among the events recorded are First Holy Communion and Confirmation ceremonies, as well as Jubilee celebrations.

The book is available to buy in chapels in the Clonoe Parish as well as in local shops.
