Cigs stolen in Draperstown break-in

POLICE say a ‘significant amount’ of cigarettes were stolen in a burglary at Draperstown earlier today.

Detectives in Magherafelt are appealing for information following the burglary that occurred at commercial premises around 2.30am

The cigarettes were taken from a filling station at the Square in the village around 2.30am.

Police are asking anyone who may have witnessed the incident, or noticed any suspicious activity or vehicles, in the area to contact them on 0845 600 8000 or call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
