Disorderly charge withdrawn

A DISORDERLY behaviour charge has been withdrawn against a Dungannon man.

Michael McGurk (22) of Woodburn Crescent was accused of committing the offence on August 17th in the Anne Street area of the town.

The charge was withdrawn at Dungannon Magistrates Court for a caution in the case to be administered.
