Donaghmore man accused of drink driving

A TWENTY-one year old Donaghmore man has appeared in court in relation to motoring offences.

Before East Tyrone Magistrates was Ryan Kerr from Tully Park who is accused of driving whilst unfit as well as having a defective windscreen.

The offences are alleged to have been committed on April 7 at William Street, Cookstown. Police under oath confirmed the charges could be connected. District Judge John Meehan adjourned the case until September 14 for Kerr to consult with solicitors.
