PLANNING applications for the Magherafelt District Council area, which have received approval from the Planning Office, with a number of them subject to outlines and conditions, included:

Proposed extension to existing community hall at 43 Crewe Road, Maghera for Curragh Hall Development; erection of single storey dwelling and detached garage 360m of NE 26 Broagh Road, Knockloughrim for Peter O’Neill; proposed dwelling and garage 40m south of 106 Mullaghboy Road, Bellaghy fro Kevin Scullion; proposed wind turbine 572m south west of 73 Clooney Road, Curran for Messrs Hawe; proposed farm dwelling with domestic garage 70m north west of 27 Ranaghan Road, Maghera for Mr M. Kelly; proposed two storey replacement dwelling and double garage 40m north east from 118 Lismoyle Road, Swatragh, for Paul Tohill.

Dwelling and detached garage (amended access position) site 100m north of Upperlands and Killyguillib Road junction, Swatragh, for Mr and Mrs Friel; single storey annex to rear of existing dwelling (amended plans to retain hedge boundary) at 32 Parkmore Close, Magherafelt for Mary McCrystal.
