Pleads guilty to having no MOT

A DUNGANNON man has pleaded guilty to two driving offences, a court has heard.

Patrick Cawley, 24, of Granville Road, admitted having a defective tyre and no test certificate at Stangmore Roundabout on July 24 last year.

He further pleaded not guilty to fraudulent use of an MOT certificate on the same date.

District Judge John Meehan adjourned the case until February 8.
