“I’d like to pass on my congratulations to Bryan, a tireless worker in raising money for charities and his recognition by the Queen is thoroughly deserved.”

“I wish to congratulate all those who were recognised in Her Majesty The Queen’s Birthday Honours List for 2012. In particular my well-wishes go to those in Mid-Ulster including Mr Bryan Dunlop who received a BEM for voluntary service to the community in County Tyrone.”

“I remember as a small child having piano lessons with Bryan, and so have known him all my life. I am therefore recognise the fantastic contribution he has made in the field of music over the years. He taught both piano and organ in addition to music theory for over 50 years and has served as an organist and choirmaster for over 60 years. This is a remarkable achievement and I commend Bryan for his patience and for his dedication to the community.”
