Teen assaulted in car park

POLICE in Magherafelt are appealing for information following an assault on a 17 year-old male on Sunday.

At around 1.15am the victim was assaulted by two males, believed to be in their teens, in the Rainey Street carpark, near the chipshop. Approximately an hour later the victim was assaulted again by one of the same attackers.

Police are asking if anyone witnessed the assault or has any information to contact them on 0845 600 8000 or call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
