Thieves target new school

THIEVES have stolen cabling from the new primary school under construction on the Castledawson Road in Magherafelt.

It is believed the school was broken into sometime between 5pm on yesterday and 7am today. A large quantity of cabling was stolen.

Anyone who noticed any suspicious activity in the area or has any information is asked to contact police on Magherafelt on 0845 600 8000 or call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
