Warning after females call to homes

POLICE are interested in talking to anyone who could identify two females who were calling at homes in the Draperstown area on February 9th offering to sell clothes.

In two cases one of the females asked to use the toilet of the homeowner. So far there have been no reported thefts however police would urge local residents not to allow unknown persons into their homes.

Don’t allow yourself to be distracted and remember to lock your back door before opening your front door. If you are concerned ring a neighbour or police for assistance.

It is believed the females may have been driving a VW Agila. Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact police on 0845 600 8000 or a member of your local Neighbourhood Team directly – details can be found on the PSNI website.
