Man sent for trial on dishonesty charges

A COOKSTOWN man is to stand trial on 23 dishonesty charges relating to concrete products.

Paul O’Neill (40), of Annaghmore Road, is accused of fraud by abusing his position; making and supplying articles for use in fraud; theft of concrete products belonging to Acheson and Glover; converting and removing criminal property.

The alleged offences were committed between November 2010 and May 2011.

O’Neill was released on £500 bail until his arraignment at Londonderry Crown Court on October 17 when he appeared at a preliminary enquiry at Magherafelt Magistrates Court.
