Two men arrested by police following a fatal road traffic accident near Dungannon on Wednesday (26th June) have been released pending further enquiries.
Phelim Alexander Brady, 69 who was from the Caledon area, died after the crash involving a lorry and a tractor at Killybracken Road.
Police arrested a 50-year-old man said to be the driver of the lorry.
They later arrested a 43-year-old man believed to be driving the tractor after he received treatment at hospital for his injuries.
It is believed Mr Brady was a passenger in the tractor.
A police spokesperson confirmed on Thursday that both men have been released pending further investigation.
The A4 dual carriageway was reopened in both directions last night following the accident.
