Unlicensed Cookstown teen accused of taking car without consent
Curtis Burnside, 19, from Beechway, will contest three charges at East Tyrone Magistrates Court on August 22.
He stands accused of taking a Peugeot 307 without the consent of the owner and causing damage to it.
He further denies having no driving licence or insurance for the car.
All the charges relate to an alleged incident at Orritor Road on September 5.
A youth is also accused of allowing themselves to be carried in the same car.
The case is adjourned until August 3.
