The local group raised the grand total of £2,205 from their ticket sales and the raffle on a fundraising charity night.

All money has now been handed over to the centres with Rossmar and Benbradagh both receiving £400 and the remainder of the balance presented to the Glenshane Care Centre - the proceeds were split this way as unlike Rossmar and Benbradagh the Glenshane centre is not fully funded.

Thanks also go to Margaret O’Connor for doing such a wonderful job with the painting for Teeney and for donating it to the cause. Finally thanks to everyone involved in the organisation of the night and a massive thanks to every one who supported by buying tickets and donating prizes for the raffle.

The winners of the door prizes who weren’t in attendance on the night were Matthew Mulhern, Ann Marie Convery, Peggy O’Kane, Adam Grieve, Celine O’Connor, Kevin O’Kane and Teresa and Danny Mullan.

Once again thank you to everyone who helped or supported this event in any way, without the help the night would not have been such a huge success.
