A pedestrian is believed to have been struck by a vehicle in Cookstown on Monday evening.
Ambulance crews were called to the main street in Cookstown close to the junction with the Burn Road.
A number of people rushed to the aid of the person - believed to be a woman.
A PSNI spokesperson said they received a call from the Ambulance service at 5.20pm, informing them that a person had been knocked down.
The police added that their latest update indicated that the victim was speaking to the ambulance personnel at the scene.
