Pomeroy man accused of theft from employer

THE case against a Pomeroy man accused of stealing from his employer, is to proceed to preliminary enquiry stage.

Emmet James Potter, 25, from Camlough Road, is alleged to have stolen a total of eight rolls of insulation fabric valued at £120 over three consecutive days in October last.

Dungannon Magistrates Court was told the hearing will take place on May 30.

District Judge John Meehan ordered Potter to return to court on that date.
