Primary school open evening
Castledawson
CASTLEDAWSON Primary will hold their annual Craft Fayre and Open Evening on Thursday, November 27, from 7pm to 9pm.
There will be an opportunity to view classrooms as well as browse at the range of goods on sale at the craft stalls.
Parents whose children are due to start school in September 2009, will be particularly welcomed.
As regards the school fayre, the Parents Association will also hold a cake sale to help raise money for school funds. It would be much appreciated if each family could provide one cake and one dozen pastry.
Also, if you have any unwanted children's toys and books, please donate them for the bric-a-brac stall. Items should be left in the Assembly Hall at school on Wednesday, November 26.
There will also be a number of craft stall-holders taking part.
Admission is 2 per adult and 1 for concessions, while children aged 11 and under have free admittance.
Refreshments will be provided for all in attendance and it is hoped that many can come along on the night.
