Pupils go 'green'

Castledawson

THE pupils at Castledawson Primary School are continuing to collect old moblie phones and Yellow Pages directories.

Collected as part of the ECO Schools Project, the phones are being recycled and sold to raise money for school funds.

Each family has been provided with a 'cash for clobber' bin liner also, to raise funds for the school.

The bags should be filled with any unwanted items and then returned to the school by February 11.

Meanwhile, please note that parent interviews for pupils in Primary 2, 3 and 4 will take place from February 2 to 5 ( Monday to Thursday).

Parents are advised that school will close at 2pm for all pupils in Primary 1 to 4 on these days.
