Renovation works for village
Castledawson
EXTENSIVE work is now underway to update the street lighting at Main Street, Castledawson.
New lamp posts have been sited to replace the existing ones in this improvement scheme.
The works will include the removal and placement of cables that are currently overhead.
New footpaths and parking bays will also be provided - the latter will ultimately restrict the number of vehicles allowed to park on each side of the street.
Members of the public are asked to extra care on the footpaths during the renovation works.
