Van stolen in Maghera creeper burglary burnt out in Belfast

Police say a van stolen during a creeper burglary in Maghera, was later found burnt out in Belfast.

According to a PSNI spokesperson, a house in the Edenview Court was broken into in the early hours of Sunday, February 20.

Keys to the grey Renault Traffic mini-van were taken and it is thought to have travelled from Maghera along the A6.

The PSNI spokesman added: “We believe it may have travelled along the M22 and possibly onto the M2 into Belfast. Did you see it at any time?
