Glasgowbury has been shortlisted alongside Glastonbury in the UK Festival Awards.
This year’s event at the Eagle’s Rock outside Draperstown was the last Glasgowbury festival.
THis is the fourth year in a row that Glasgowbury has made the shortlist.
Festival founder Paddy Glasgow said: “It’s brilliant to be shortlisted again for the UK Festival Awards, for a small, rural-based charitable social enterprise based in the Sperrins to find itself in the same category as the likes of Glastonbury and Reading & Leeds festivals is a real testament to what can be achieved.”
Paddy added: “Winners are decided by public vote and so we are hoping supporters will get behind us and vote.”
Voting closes on Friday November 1st. To give your backing to Glasgowbury visit http://ukvoting.festivalawards.com/
