THE world’s largest online bike store is to sponsor what is anticpated to be one of the country’s top class bike trails.
Chain Reaction Cycles will sponsor Davagh Forest Trails in a major deal announced by Cookstown District Council.
The two year sponsorship deal also incorporates new trail centres in Castlewellan and Rostrevor under the MountainBikeNI.com umbrella and is set ti provide a significant boost for local tourism businesses and the wider economy in the Sperrins region.
The Trails are set to be officially opened to the public on Wednesday, April 10th and will be managed by Cookstown District Council.
With twelve thousand people expected to use the trails in the first year alone Cookstown District Council Chairman, Cllr Tony Quinn, believes this sponsorship opens up some exciting new avenues for the Davagh Forest Trails.

Chain Reaction Cycles is one of Northern Ireland’s biggest success stories of recent times having developed from a local bike shop in the small village of Ballynure to becoming the World’s Largest Online Bike store, all the time maintaining their local connections and family-run business ethos.
