Carrick opened the scoring on 37 minutes with Aaron Harmon on target and made it 2-0 on 45 minutes with Daniel Kelly getting his first of the night.
The visitors had the better of the second half. Gary Stewart came to the home team’s rescue with a save after the offside trap had been sprung.

However, Adam Dick scored with a header for Carrick on 61 minutes to make it 4-0. Killymoon then introduced fresh legs with M Hughes, G McGaw and R Greer coming on.
Carrick had a free kick narrowly wide from the edge of the box before Killymoon had a chance: Johnny Young’s left wing cross fell to Gareth McGaw who saw his long range effort tipped over the bar and Warren Smith had a shot saved.
