At the third time of asking, Coagh United and Lurgan Celtic will again try to get their Intermediate Cup match played this Saturday.
Last weekend was another wash out with the referee making the call to postpone the game. Under the IFA rule the match now reverts to Hagan Park this week with 1.30pm start.
Win, lose or draw, both teams will want to get this match out of the way as it is having a knock on effect on their League matches. Coagh have lost out on an away match to Dergview and a home match to Dundela, both these fixtures will have to be re-arranged.
On the final day of the transfer window, Coagh United signed Hugo Batista from Colerine FC, the centre forward has signed for Coagh until the end of the season. Originally from Portugal, Hugo played for SF Damaiense before moving to Cookstown in 2008 and linking up with Cookstown Olympic. The player was quickly recognised for his quality, moving to Tobermore before being snapped up by Coleraine and scored a wonder goal against Cliftonville. Hugo supports Benfica and Arsenal; he is the fourth player to sign from Coleraine, following Craig Moore, Joel Bradley and Stuart Glasgow.
Last week Coagh signed English player Dan Tysoe but his international clearance held up by the English FA means the player has yet to make his debut.
