Cookstown Olympic, who are sponsored this season by the Dunleath Bar, entertained Killymoon Reserves last Saturday in a changed fixture and after a tight match lost 2-0.

Olympic had the better of the opening exchanges and a Ryan Devlin free kick after 10 minutes had the Killymoon keeper scrambling to tip in over the bar.

The next big chance for Olympic came after 35 minutes when Ryan Devlin flicked a ball on to the run of Nigel Johnston who went one-on–one with the keeper but unfortunately his lob grazed the top of the bar to safety.

In the second half Olympic started slowly and went one nil down after 55 minutes but then on 60 minutes had another chance when Ryan Devlin was put through but shot wide. Three minutes later Oisin Maguire rattled the Killymoon post with a 20 yard shot while on 75 minutes Olympic were caught out pushing forwards and Killymoon grabbed their second goal. This sealed their victory as Olympic were not able to reduce the deficit.
