Celtic started the second half well and Hagan got his second when he smashed home from inside the area. The hosts were awarded a penalty but Cummings saved well to keep the clean sheet intact.

Hagan completed his hat trick when his fierce twenty five yard drive found the bottom corner. Celtic then completed the scoring when McNicholl burst by three defenders before squaring for Hagan to finish for his fourth goal.
