Tobermore travelled to high flying Armagh City last Saturday and the favourites to win the league were just too strong for Tobermore.

That said United put in a good performance but couldn’t turn their good play into goals. On the other hand Armagh has the knack of scoring goals and a brace from Gavin McParland on 36 and 58 minutes and a third from Eamon Kelly on 73 minutes was enough to claim all the points.

Tobermore United: P Wells, A Graham, D McGee, S Heneghan, D Stewart, M Harkness, C Donaldson, T Parkhill, R. Winton. J. McGahan G McLaughlin. Subs: G Clarke, D McClements, B Anderson, C. Beattie.

Tobermore have a potential 6 pointer this Saturday when they entertain fellow strugglers Sport & Leisure at Fortwilliam Park when proceedings kick off at 3pm.
