THE seniors continued their ACL programme on Sunday when Urney visited Mullaghmoyle. Unfortunately, this was a game the Harps will want to forget as they were steam rolled by a rampant away side. On what was a day to forget, the reserves were also beaten by a large margin.

The reserves faired better in their first league game when they defeated Killeeshil away. That leaves both teams on one win and one defeat after two games, and both have lots of work to do. Training continues this week and it is vital that all players make the effort to attend. Speedy recovery to Tony Donnelly who suffered a knee injury during the senior game on Sunday.

The minor boys continued their league campaign on Tuesday past when they travelled to Eglish for round 4. After a very tight and typically tough game, nothing could separate the sides as the scores ended level. The team were at home to Naomh Padraig (Brocagh / Derrytresk) last night (Wednesday), report in next weeks notes. The next league game won’t be until Wednesday 9th May when they visit Derrylaughan for round 6.

The U16s played round 6 of their league on Friday past versus Clonoe. Unfortunately, the home side were able to strike for goals at crucial times and we were defeated. Round 7 takes place this Saturday at home to Eglish. Throw in is at 4pm.
