THE senior team were given a very tough draw against Galbally in the Championship semi final. This game will likely take place next weekend and more information will be in next weeks notes.

The U16s played Kildress on Saturday in the league semi final. In what was a very good team performance, the lads outplayed their opponents from the start and ran out convincing winners on a score line of 3-18 to 1-6. The lads have now qualified for the final where Owen Res will be the opponents.

No date has been set for this game. Kildress will be out for revenge in the Championship semi final so the team must be ready for a really difficult game and this will be played next weekend 1st/ 2nd of October.

It is vital that all players attend training at this crucial stage of the season.

The U13s continued their good start to the league when they had a big win over Aghaloo on Friday night at home. This was a very impressive team performance. The campaign continues this Sunday when the lads travel to Augher to face Gael Naomh Padraig. The game has a 12.45 throw in

Scor na nOg begins on November 4th. Anyone under the age of 17 who would like to represent the club in this year’s competition can put their names forward to Martin Campbell on 02887738140 or Steven Campbell on 02887738730. Scor is an important part in the GAA and it is hoped that the club will have a large representation at the event.

A lot of clothes have been left round the pavilion since the summer camp. If these aren’t claimed within the next few weeks, they will be recycled.
