Knockloughrim to host Strongman competition

STRONGMEN from all over Northern Ireland will be flocking to Knockloughrim this Saturday, hoping to win the NI 105kg Strongman Competition.

The competition is being held as part of Knockloughrim Primary School’s Community Fun Day to raise funds for the school. Everyone is welcome.

A total of 14 competitors are expected, travelling from Strabane, Claudy, Larne and Coleraine.

The winner of the title will get to represent Northern Ireland at the forthcoming British Championships. So an exciting competition is in prospect. If you are free on Saturday (June 12), get along to Knockloughrim PS and see some Strongman action.
