Waterloo Bell Eclectic

THIS popular Eclectic competition started on Tuesday 12 May and will continue every Tuesday until mid August – small weekly prizes are awarded with the main prizes being allocated to the best overall gross and net scores at the end of the event. The Eclectic competition does not qualify for handicap adjustments.

Weekly prizes are presented on the night and a member must be present to qualify for a prize. The presentation is usually held around 9:30pm.

Tyrone Cup

The first leg of The Tyrone Cup, open to members of Killymoon and Dungannon, was due to be played at Dungannon last Saturday. Unfortunately another band of wet weather caused the course to be closed.

The Killymoon leg remains unchanged on Saturday 6 June but is now followed by the Dungannon leg on Saturday 13 June (Killymoon Lady Captain’s Day). The original timesheet will apply.

Professional’s Prize

The professional’s prize will be played as an 18 hole medal (stroke) competition on Saturday 23 May giving members the opportunity to win some valuable equipment whilst supporting our professional, Gary Chambers.

The Council Shield

This 4BBB Stableford competition will be held on Sunday 24 May.

Sperrin Cup – Change of Dates

This two day stroke competition is open to members of Killymoon and Moyola Park. The main prizes are based on aggregate scores over the two days.

Moyola Park Golf Club has made late changes to its fixture list and is now unable to host the first leg of The Sperrin Cup on the original date.

The first Leg of the Sperrin Cup will now take place at Killymoon on Saturday 4 July with the second leg at Moyola Park on Saturday 29 August.

The Time Sheet for both legs will be available in the Killymoon Professional’s Shop from Saturday 6 June. The entry fee will be 10, payable at time of booking, and the time booked will apply to both days.
